Here’s a photo update of what I have experienced for the last week:
30 min. before belly
Then they got David and I dressed in our scrubs, hooked me up to an IV and told me to walk myself into the the OR:
Hospital gowns
After inserting the epidural, I was asked to lie down, which caused this:
Allergic reaction to morphine and low heart rate
After only 10 -15 minutes, David was told to come and take a look and here’s what he saw:
First the head
check out that cord
Reaching for the light
10 lbs 8 ounces
And then David Cesare Pol-Telford’s , Jr. life began:
2 hours old
2 hours old and 22 inches
Day 1, 2 hours old and embracing the cold world
And it was on this day, Monday, January 11th @11:34 am that our lives changed forever:
